Order and delivery terms

These delivery terms are suitable for ordering products in our online store and for similar deliveries. These delivery terms are valid from July 28th, 2022. We may change the delivery terms unilaterally from time to time, so please read our delivery terms in advance each time you order products from our online store.
Products and product prices
The features and prices of e-commerce products are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check prices from the shopping cart before accepting the order. Product prices include taxes, which appear in the shopping cart and order confirmation. We have tried to display colors as accurately as possible, but product images remain approaches and there is no guarantee that the color of each monitor will be identical or that the color may not be different when the product is received.
The delivery costs that may be charged for the order depend on the chosen delivery method (Posti delivery or pick-up from the shop Oh la la Macarons & Chocolat (Kapteeninkatu 5, 00140 Helsinki) and are automatically added to the total amount of the order. You will see the shipping costs charged for your order (if shipping costs are charged) in your shopping cart before you accept the order.
Ordering and contract
You can order products on the website of our online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart in the payment service. After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, so please provide your email address when you place your order. Delivery time and availability
Our most common delivery times are 2-5 business days, depending on the order and delivery method. Please note that public holidays (eg Christmas and Easter) may cause delays.
Right of cancellation and return policy
The right to cancel an order under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act by 14 days after receipt of the goods does not apply to our products. It is about food.
Transmission check, error and problem situations
Please check delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order or is incorrect, please report it to our Customer Service as soon as possible and no later than within 24 hours and we will agree on how we can correct the error. If necessary, we will give you instructions on how to return the product. As a customer, you pay the postage yourself in this case. Once Pralina has accepted the return of the product, we will exchange it or refund the paid transaction amount based on the original payment method.

Limitation of Liability
Pralina Tmi shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential or other damages arising out of the order, delivery or product, or for any of the above, except as otherwise provided in the Consumer Protection Act or any other mandatory law for such damages.
We will endeavor to settle any disputes regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our Customer Service in the first instance to arrange the matter. If the dispute concerning the trade agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advice of the Local Register Office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
