The products are delivered to the closest post locker or postoffice of delivery address indicated by the customer. The consumer can simply request an invoice by sending an email in the contact section on the site. Pralina tmi uses the Posti services. 

As soon as we make a shipment, you will immediately receive an email informing you. You can follow your expedition by connecting to the Posti homepage www.posti.fi

This service delivers (deadlines in working days), as an indication: 48-96h after shipment.

The operation "free shipping" allows the customer, if any, to benefit from the full coverage of the amount of initial shipping costs usually associated with his order, from a threshold amount as announced on the website pralina.fi

/ PICK UP SERVICE

Pralina offer a complementary pick up service. 

Once you have placed your order online, we will start preparing and packing your custom chocolate box. You can then come pick up your order at Pralinas kitchen in Helsinki (Arinatie 4C, second floor) after receiving pick up ready message.
